Firefly
Garfield Lynns (ガーフィールド・ライナス, Gāfīrudo Rainasu) began as a petty criminal but soon became Firefly (ファイアフライ, Faiafurai), a pyromaniac graduated to major crimes centering around arson, torching huge parts of Gotham in the process. But his fires soon raged out of his control, leaving him horribly scarred by one of his own blazes. His body is almost fully covered with burns, and he now wears a full-body flame-retardant suit when he's out pursuing his criminal interests between bouts of incarceration in Blackgate.

Firefly was one of the 8 assassins hired by Black Mask to kill Batman on Christmas Eve. Batman looked up Firefly's profile and seen burning down the helicopter and at some point he faced Batman on the bridge that connects Old Gotham to New Gotham.
Synopsis[]
Before Arkham City was built, Firefly was hired by Black Mask as his right hand man. When Roman asks Firefly if he is ready to light up and needs him to seek out to Hugo Strange's old taunts to warm them up for him, Firefly admit that he is ready to light up. Black Mask and his forces, including Firefly are going to hit TYGER on their own to take on. Black Mask mapped out TYGER's supply routes that they make the regular shipments to Arkham City on a weekly basis.
